This is the terrifying moment a driver lost control of his vehicle on the M60 in the UK when he "had a seizure" at the wheel.<br /><br />Dramatic dashcam footage, which was filmed on March 26 at Bredbury Junction, shows the Nissan hatchback veer across all three lanes of the motorway and smash into the roadside barrier.<br /><br />The vehicle then careers back right the way across the M60 and collides with the barrier on the other side before coming to rest on the hard shoulder.<br /><br />The filmer immediately stopped his vehicle to help.<br /><br />"Driver had a seizure at the wheel...I stayed with him until fire, police and paramedics arrived," he said.<br /><br />"He came around and was fine but still unaware of what happened," he added.<br /><br />"I'm just thankful he was OK," he said.
