A speeding motorbike skidded on a road, in a chilling trail of sparks, for more than 500 metres in India.<br /><br />Its rider was thrown out and dragged along the road. <br /><br />The horrific accident occurred in Mumbai on April 5 and was caught on a traffic CCTV camera.<br /><br />Police said the rider, who has not been identified, lost control of his bike after hitting a traffic barricade. <br /><br />The impact of the collision hurled the metal barricade towards a police jeep, which was parked on the road. Three cops ran for cover as the barricade crashed into their vehicle.<br /><br />The biker was injured seriously and was rushed to Lokmanya Tilak hospital where he is presently undergoing treatment.
