<p>Jacksonville State University released CCTV footage on April 7 showing the moment a tornado hit the campus</a> on March 19, causing the university to close for three weeks.</p><p>The video compiles security footage from several parts of the campus, both inside and outside, as the tornado hits.</p><p>At one point, shelves of books are seen falling in a library as the windows rattle from the force of the twister. Another view, from Patterson Hall, shows a number of people struggling to open a door to let others inside.</p><p>Classes were due to resume</a> at the university on April 9.
