Almost 60 firefighters are on the scene after a fire broke out in a South London tower block.<br /><br />Footage shows emergency services on the scene as smoke billows out of the building.<br /><br />Eight fire engines were called out to deal with the fire on the 13th floor of a block of flats in Winstanley road in Battersea. <br /><br />The blaze began just after 1 PM on Monday and was brought under control around 2 PM, the London Fire Brigade tweeted.<br /><br />The cause is not yet known and it is unclear wether there were any injuries.
