These stuffed pancakes / flatbreads are made fresh to order, and come with a variety of fillings to choose from like pickled cabbage, meat, and chives. At first glance these pies look like giant ravioli, but after frying, they resemble more of a Chinese hot pocket with a crispy and chewy dough exterior.
