Designer of Kansas Water Slide Where 10-Year-Boy Was Decapitated Pleads Not Guilty

The designer of the Verrckt water slide at the Schlitterbahn water park in Kansas City, Kansas made his first appearance in the Wyandotte County Courthouse on Monday afternoon.
