A school bus crash in northern India has killed at least 23 children, some as young as four years old, as well as four adults.<br /> Monday's accident also left 11 children injured - two of whom are in critical condition. <br />Initial reports indicated the bus driver was speeding as he took the children home and lost control, plunging more than 60 meters from a mountain road into a gorge in the Himalayan foothills.<br />Fatal accidents are common in India, which is notorious for reckless driving and lack of safety measures. <br />
