The acting director for the Office of Government Ethics sent a letter to the Environmental Protection Agency outlining areas of concern regarding Scott Pruitt.<br />According to director David Apol, the EPA administrator's conduct in office is being called into question for ethics violations.<br />Apol outlined that Pruitt's frequent trips back to his home state raise concerns about whether he's using public office for personal gain.<br />Apol's letter also called into question Pruitt's rental agreement for a Capitol Hill townhouse co-owned by the wife of an energy lobbyist. <br />
