When I began in the 70's I heard a modern version of this tune. Then I began to look for the 50's singers. Here is the original vid. <br />Jimmy & Johnny were an American country music duo comprised of Jimmy Lee Fautheree and Johnny "Country" Mathis. They scored several hits on the U.S. Country charts in the 1950s. <br />The duo's career began on the radio show Louisiana Hayride, where both were in demand as guests.
