A U.S. Navy destroyer has reportedly entered waters near Syria shortly after President Trump said he would be making a decision on America's response to Saturday's suspected chemical attack in Douma.<br /> U.S. media also reported Tuesday that the USS Donald Cook is armed with the same Tomahawk cruise missiles the U.S. used on a Syrian airfield last year for an alleged poison gas attack on civilians. <br />President Trump has not ruled out a military option, saying "nothing was off the table."<br />The Syrian government and its allies, Russia and Iran, claim the attack did not happen. <br />
