Happy cooking! \r<br>\r<br>Thank you for watching! \r<br>\r<br>\r<br>Tutorial on how to cook beets in the microwave. \r<br>\r<br>Step 1: Cut tops of beetroot off\r<br>Step 2: Rinse beets clean with water \r<br>Step 3: Place beetroot into a microwave safe container \r<br>Step 4: Pour a little bit of water inside container\r<br>Step 5: Place lid lightly on top or cover with saran plastic wrap\r<br>Step 6: Cook in microwave for approximately 5 minutes (depends on your microwave) (You can cook it longer if you want it softer) \r<br>Step 7: After removing from microwave let beets cool before peeling\r<br>Step 8: Cut and serve.
