<p>Israeli forces said they were using “riot dispersal means” aimed at Palestinians protesting at the Gaza-Israel border on April 13.</p><p>Palestinian reports</a> cited the use of tear gas and “live rounds,” while the Israel Defense Forces said its troops were “firing in accordance with the rules of engagement.”</p><p>The IDF said there was “rioting” at five locations along the border.
