A judge in London ruled that one businessman has a right to be forgotten... <br /><br />But another one, "NT1," does not. <br /><br />Justice Mark Warby's ruling allows Google to delete search results about the conviction of "NT2." <br /><br />NT1 was found guilty of conspiring to improperly account in the 1990s and "has not accepted his guilt."<br /><br />NT2 was reported unlikely to repeat his crime of privacy invasion. <br />
