Starbucks apologized after some backlash from a recent viral video.<br /><br />Police were seen arresting 2 black men at a store in Philadelphia store.<br /><br />But bystanders insisted that the men "didn't do anything."<br /><br />As officers handcuffed the men, a customer kept asking "What did they do?"<br /><br />Someone else replied, "They didn't do anything. I saw the entire thing."<br /><br />Starbucks' statement said the company plans to review its policies so something like this doesn't happen again. <br />
