The health of Former First Lady Barbara Bush is failing.<br />Now 92, she has chosen to no longer seek medical treatment.<br />Instead, she has decided to focus on comfort care.<br />Her granddaughter Jenna Bush Hager told ABC her grandmother was 'in great spirits.'<br />She called the mother of George W. Bush 'a fighter' and 'an enforcer.' <br />
