We are just several days away from seeing the leaders of South and North Korea meet for a summit for the first time in more than a decade,... and as such,... officials from the two sides are finalizing arrangements this week.<br /> Another working-level meeting will take place today at the Tongilgak,... a North Korean building that straddles the inter-Korean border.<br />The two sides will discuss issues of security, protocol and media coverage.<br />Following today's talks,... it's highly likely we'll learn more about the time of the summit, and the formality of the talks set for April 27th.<br />And officials from South Korea's Presidential Office also say the hotline between the leaders of the two Koreas will be set up by the end of this week. <br />
