A health-conscious Chinese senior citizen has developed a novel method of beating the traffic: by propelling himself along with his feet on a handcart. <br /><br />The clip was filmed in Changchun City in northern Jilin Province on April 2 and according to reports, the man customised the backend of the cart to make it heavier than the front, so he gets moving more quickly.<br /><br />In the video, the man can be seen travelling along the road by pushing hard with his feet against the road. <br /><br />People travelling in a nearby car can be heard laughing at the bizarre scene.
