Make restaurant quality food at home only with Food Fusion Recipes. #HappyCookingToYou <br /><br />Written Recipe: https://goo.gl/5f49qL<br />More Recipes: http://www.foodfusion.com<br /><br /><br />Chicken Shashlik with Gravy Recipe in English: <br /><br />Ingredients:<br />-Soy sauce 2 tbs<br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs<br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste<br />-Paprika powder ½ tbs<br />-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp<br />-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs<br />-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg<br />-Oil 1-2 tbs<br />-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium <br />-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 2 medium <br />-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium <br />-Boiling water (Pani) as required <br />-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium <br />-Oil 1 tbs<br />-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs<br />-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs<br />-Hot sauce 2 tbs<br />-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs<br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs<br />-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp<br />-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste<br />-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp<br />-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs<br />-Chicken stock 1 Cup or as required <br />-Corn flour 1 tbs<br /><br />Directions:<br />-In bowl,add soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper powder,salt,paprika powder,sugar,ginger garlic paste and mix well.<br />-Add chicken boneless cubes,mix well and marinate for 30 minutes.<br />-In pot,add oil,marinated chicken and mix well.<br />-Cover and cook for 3-4 minutes then cook on high flame until dry.<br />-Add capsicum,tomato,onion and mix well for 1-2 minutes and take out in a bowl & set aside.<br />-Cut tomatoes slightly with the help of the knife.<br />-In boiling water,add tomatoes and blanch for 2 minutes and take out in a bowl.<br />-Peel off the skin and cut roughly & let them cool.<br />-In grinder,add tomatoes,grind well & set aside.<br />-In the same pot,add oil,garlic and mix well.<br />-Add grinded tomatoes,tomato ketchup,hot sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,sugar,white pepper powder,salt, black pepper powder,red chili crushed and mix well.<br />-Cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.<br />-In chicken stock,add corn flour and whisk well.<br />-Add it in pot,mix continuously and cook until desired consistency.<br />-Add cooked chicken & vegetables,mix well and simmer for 1-2 minutes.<br />-Serve with rice.<br /><br />Recipe in Urdu:<br /><br />Ajza:<br />-Soy sauce 2 tbs<br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs<br />-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste<br />-Paprika powder ½ tbs<br />-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 tsp<br />-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs<br />-Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg<br />-Oil 1-2 tbs<br />-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium <br />-Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes 2 medium <br />-Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium <br />-Boiling water (Pani) as required <br />-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 3 medium <br />-Oil 1 tbs<br />-Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tbs<br />-Tomato ketchup 2-3 tbs<br />-Hot sauce 2 tbs<br />-Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs<br />-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs<br />-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp<br />-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp<br />-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste<br />-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp<br />-Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed ½ tbs<br />-Chicken stock 1 Cup or as required <br />-Corn flour 1 tbs<br /><br />Directions: <br />-Bowl mein soy sauce,
