The Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons says its inspectors have not yet been able to reach the site of a suspected gas attack in Syria, dismissing earlier reports circulated by Syrian state media. <br /> The OPCW said they again failed to reach Douma on Wednesday after a UN security team came under fire.<br />The chemical weapons watchdog has been waiting nearly a week to enter the alleged attack site to determine whether banned substances were used to strike the area. <br />Western nations have accused Syria and its ally Russia of deliberately stalling their entry to tamper with evidence.<br />The two countries deny that is the case and deny any chemical attack took place.<br />The OPCW said it is unsure when its delegation can enter Douma due to the unstable security situation there. <br />
