<p>The US Army Corps of Engineers released a video on April 17 documenting electricity restoration in Puerto Rico.</p><p>In February they said</a> they hoped to have power restored fully to the island by March. However, on April 18 a major blackout hit Puerto Rico leaving nearly all of the island’s residents without power.</p><p>By midday on April 19, the executive deputy director of the Electric Power Authority (AEE) said</a> around one million people had had their power restored.</p><p>This was the second blackout on the island in two weeks, and the first to affect the entire island since Hurricane Maria</a> hit in September.</p><p>This video shows aerial footage of restoration work.
