Samsung Display claims revealing the report could hurt the company's competitiveness... as it contains confidential information and trade secrets.<br />The Cheonan Employment and Labor Office had planned to release the report, but the Central Administrative Appeals Commission put a stop to its release until a final ruling is made by the Daejeon District Court.<br />The dispute began when an employee asked for the disclosure of the work environment report as he was diagnosed with lymphatic cancer after working at a Samsung Display factory for three years. <br />
