China is speeding up its plans to boost its semiconductor industry… as it aims to begin mass production of memory chips next year. <br /> According to a report by Global market research firm DRAMeXchange released on Thursday,… three major companies, YTMC, Innotron and JHICC, will begin trial production this year and will officially start mass-manufacturing the chips in the first half of next year. <br />The companies are aiming to enter the NAND flash, mobile DRAM and specialty DRAM markets, and will be fully operational by 2020. <br />
