So in this video i use the leftover chocolate cream from the previous video to make chocolate mousse. It is very simple.<br /><br />Recipe:<br /><br />3-4 egg whites<br />1 tbsp of sugar<br />Left over Chocolate Cream, if there is any.<br /><br />Using a mixer beat until stiff peaks form.<br />Then slowly add, in increments, the egg white mixture to the chocolate cream. Thus making chocolate mousse.<br /><br />Enjoy
