The big day is fast approaching.<br />This upcoming week is going to be a massive week here in Korea,... as the leaders of the two Koreas will hold their historic summit on Friday,... a potentially huge step toward a diplomatic solution to the North Korea nuclear issue.<br /> And today,... working-level officials from both sides began a third round of talks to finalize the summit arrangements.<br />Seoul's top office said working-level officials from Seoul and Pyongyang sat down together, at 10AM Seoul time, to kick off their third round of talks at Tongilgak, on the North Korean side of Panmunjom.<br /> The two sides are known to be discussing security, protocol and media coverage, including the exact time and manner in which President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will meet,... and whether they will hold a joint press conference.<br />There's a chance the two sides could hold another high-level official meeting before the summit; which is to be confirmed after Monday's working-level talks. <br />
