남북 3차 실무회담 통일각서 3시간반 진행<br /><br /> Before this week is up, the leaders of the two Koreas would have held their historic summit.<br />Friday's event is looked to help take a significant step toward a diplomatic solution to the regime's nuclear issue.<br /> Today,... working-level officials from both sides met for a third round of talks to finalize the arrangements. <br />The talks began at 10AM Seoul time at Tongilgak, on the northern side of Panmunjom.<br /><br /> "North and South Korea held a third round of working-level talks prior to the inter-Korean summit that will be held in the Peace House of Panmunjom on April 27th, 2018. They discussed security, protocol and media coverage, and reached a final agreement today."<br /><br /> According to the nation's top office both Seoul and Pyongyang will come up with the final list of participants... and notify each other as soon as possible.<br />President Moon Jae-in and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un are to begin their historic meeting with an official greeting.<br />They will then hold the summit, and share a welcoming meal together.<br />The Cheogwadae added Pyongyang will dispatch an advanced party on Wednesday to the South Korean side of Panmunjom for a joint rehearsal with Seoul's team. <br />
