<p>A Baltimore man’s dinner plans went up in smoke at the Cava Mezze on April 17 when the restaurant’s sprinkler system was activated during the serving of saganaki cheese.</p><p>Oath employee James Hughes was dining with business partners when they “ordered too much saganaki</a>” to their table. Saganaki, a Greek cheese-based dish, is sometimes lit on fire before being served.</p><p>A clip shared to social media shows three restaurant workers being doused by the sprinkler system as they showcase the serving of saganaki.</p><p>Hughes shared a clip of the fiery incident to Facebook.
