Saute them nicely.<br />Add salt, turmeric powder and mix them well.<br />After all the masalas are sauteed add mashed potatoes and mix them well.<br />Add buttermilk to the potato mixture and stir them well so that the masala gets mixed with the buttermilk.<br />Cook the gravy on flow flame for 10 minutes.<br />Garnish it with coriander and your Dahi Wale Aloo is ready to be served.
