This is the moment a dramatic storm hits South Australia in the first cold snap of the Australian winter. <br /><br />Footage from April 13 shows the aggressive-looking storm rolling in toward Victor Harbor, about 80km (50 miles) south of the city of Adelaide.<br /><br />The filmer keeps the camera rolling even as rain pours along the waterfront. <br /><br />A jogger passes by the camera.<br /><br />The extreme weather conditions caused power outages in about 2,200 properties and felled trees across Adelaide.
