A manhole cover was captured dancing under the Zhixi Yangtze River Bridge in heavy rain earlier this week.<br /><br />The bizarre video, filmed in Yichang City in central China's Hubei Province on April 22, shows a cover rattling around the top of a manhole continuously.<br /><br />According to reports, the phenomenon was caused by poor drainage facilities.
