<p>A boat carrying dozens of migrants tipped over during a rescue operation by the Italian coast guard off the Libyan coast on Monday, April 23, according rescue organizations</a>.</p><p>The coast guard said in a statement that all 63 people involved were safely pulled from the water.</p><p>Video published by the coast guard shows an approaching rescue worker calling to people not to move before the boat overturns, tipping people into the sea.</p><p>A rescue worker then dives into the water immediately and captures part of the rescue with a head-mounted camera.
