Catholic Church To Mediate After Violent Protests In Nicaragua

Cardinal Leopoldo Brenes will mediate the dialogue between the Nicaraguan government, the private sector and workers groups. The announcement comes after a week of protests sparked by proposed reforms of the social security system.
