<p>Playing to his teary friends and neighbors, Tyree Fink of Elon, Virginia, gave an emotional vocal performance on the steps of his former home.</p><p>This video, posted April 22</a> and shot by his mother, Leecy Fink</a>, shows the 17-year-old singing the popular worship song Praise You in This Storm, accompanied by his girlfriend, Montana McDaniel.</p><p>The Fink family survived an April 15</a> tornado attack by hiding in a neighbors safe basement.</p><p>“We will rebuild.
