<p>A wall of scaffolding five stories high collapsed onto a road and at least two parked cars in Concord, California, on Tuesday, April 24, after a three-alarm fire ripped through an under-construction apartment building.</p><p>According to KGO</a>, the fire had threatened an adjacent apartment building, sparking the evacuation of about 250 people.
