Vladimir Uglev has reportedly been hit by a car in Russia.<br />The scientist claimed to be one of the developers of the Novichok nerve agent.<br />It was used to poison Russian spy Sergei Skripal and his daughter in England.<br />Uglev says the Skripals were "not the first victims" of the Russian-created poison.<br />He believes a 70-year-old resident of his village hit him by accident. <br />
