The last summit was held in 2007, the report said.</p><p>In what has been described by Yonhap as a sign of “thawing” tensions between the two states, Kim reportedly told Moon he was committed to establishing an agreement between them that would not collapse.</p><p>“I wish for it to be a chance for us to walk forward hand-in-hand while looking toward the future with a determination, instead of (summit) outcomes like those in the past that could not be implemented,” he reportedly said.
