Cardi B is being sued for $10 million by a former manager.<br /><br /><br /><br />The 25-year-old rapper has been hit with the lawsuit by Shaft who claims <br /><br /><br /><br />that he is responsible for the Instagram star's transformation to global stardom. <br /><br /><br /><br />The music business professional reportedly insists he is the one who landed the star her first big gig on reality show 'Love & Hip-Hop’, <br /><br /><br /><br />and that his contacts of producers and songwriters allowed Cardi to release her first hit song 'Bodak Yellow'. <br /><br /><br /><br />Cardi's ex-employee claims that the star's publicist played a part in turning her against him <br /><br /><br /><br />and also alleges that Cardi accused him of stealing from her.<br /><br /><br /><br />But Shaft is said to be "confident" that he will win the legal battle, <br /><br /><br /><br />after the 'Finesse' hitmaker cut ties with him once she found fame.<br /><br />
