T-Mobile has agreed to purchase Sprint in an all-stock deal for $26 billion. The deal will combine the third and fourth largest U.S. wireless carriers. It also caps four years of on- and off- talks between the companies. The combination is expected to be a formidable competitor to leading carriers Verizon and AT&T. <br />
