<p>Police used a taser on a nurse at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, Tennessee, after he refused to leave the emergency room on April 26, according to local media</a>.</p><p>Roger W. Davis, 42, was charged with two counts of assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.</p><p>According to an affidavit from police obtained by local media</a>, Davis was asked to leave by two officers, and “started swinging his arms” in a bid to keep one of them from making him leave.</p><p>A spokeswoman for the hospital released a statement</a> thanking hospital security and the Chattanooga Police for their assistance in the incident.
