A high school in Michigan, will hand out "modesty ponchos" to female students dressed "inappropriately" at prom<br />Students at Divine Child High School are concerned that the policy shames students.<br />The school's theology teacher Mary Pat O'Malley came up with the idea as a way to help with the dress code. <br />
