A large tornado tore through northern Kansas on Tuesday (May 1).<br /><br />This remarkable drive shot shows a storm chaser driving towards the tornado near the city of Bennington. He describes it as a wedge tornado, so-called because it looks like a wedge stuck to the ground.<br /><br />According to reports, buildings were damaged west of Bennington, near Tescott and Minneapolis.
