This was requested for an Eater dinner we went to. hope you enjoy..<br /><br />Amaretto Infused Raspberry Preserves can be found here:<br /><br />http://www.mysunsetgourmet.ca/lesliea<br /><br />Recipe:<br /><br />1 cup unsalted butter , softened<br />½ cup vegetable shortening<br />3 cups granulated sugar<br />5 eggs , room temp<br />3 cups all-purpose flour<br />2 teaspoons baking powder<br />¼ teaspoon salt<br />½ cup whole milk , room temp<br />½ cup buttermilk , room temp<br />2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br /><br />Cream filling:<br /><br />1 Cup Whipping Cream<br />5 tsp Sunset Gourmet Amaretto Infused Raspberry Preserves<br /><br />Buttercream Icing:<br /><br />1½ cups unsalted butter , softened<br />5 cups powdered sugar<br />2 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract<br />Pinch of salt<br />2 - 3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
