Jay-Z's entertainment company is launching a TV division that will be lead by ex-‘Project Runway’ boss, Patrick Reardon.<br />Reardon is also a former Weinstein Company executive. <br />Known mostly for music, Roc Nation's new TV leg will work on scripted and non-scripted series. <br />So far their sweet spot has been producing content that addresses racial issues from African-American perspectives. <br />This includes "Rest In Power: The Trayvon Martin Story," which recently premiered at New York's Tribeca Film Festival. <br />
