It has emerged that North Korea made a request to the International Civil Aviation Organization in February to open a new air route between Pyongyang and South Korea's Incheon International Airport.<br />The agency says its officials will visit North Korea next week to discuss the matter,.. as well as flight safety issues.<br />It added that North Korea's request is also being considered by the South Korean government. <br />
