Try this easy Paneer recipe at home and let us know in the comments below.<br /><br />Hariyali Paneer Tikka<br /><br />500 grams Paneer cubes<br />1/4 cup tomato dices<br />1/4 cup capsicum dices<br />1/4 cup onion dices<br /><br />Green marination<br />1/2 cup Coriander leaves <br />1/4 cup Mint leaves <br />1/4 cup Palak leaves<br />2 green chilies<br />4 cloves garlic<br />1-inch ginger<br />1/2 tsp cumin seeds<br />1 tbsp roasted besan<br />1/2 tsp Kasuri methi<br />1 tbsp oil<br />1/2 tsp garam masala<br />2 tbsp lemon juice<br />1/2 tsp chaat masala<br />3 tbsp Curd<br />Salt as required<br /><br />Satay sticks<br /><br />Garnish<br />1 Onion<br />1 Carrot<br />1 Beetroot<br /><br />Method of preparation;<br />In a blender, add chopped coriander, mint leaves, spinach leaves, green chilies, ginger, garlic and some cumin seeds. Blend them slightly and add lime juice and salt to taste. <br />Once you are done blending take it out in a bowl and add curd, kasoori methi, garam masala, chaat masala, and gram flour. Mix them well. <br />Our marination is ready.<br />Now we'll start adding vegetables like capsicum, onions, tomatoes.<br />Chop the Paneer into cubes and mix it with the marination.<br />While mixing the paneer cubes, add some oil.<br />Skewer them into the satay sticks.<br />Tip: Soak the satay stick for 15 minutes before using it.<br /><br />Procedure for the Tandoor:<br />Place a grill on the gas, brush it with oil and place the skewer on it.<br />Char the paneer on high flame and our Hariyali Paneer Tikka is ready to be served.
