This muscle is the deepest of all the abdominal muscles, and it holds everything in. So working on your T abs will not only contribute to a flat tummy, but is vital in preventing low back pain by stabilizing your spine and pelvis.\r<br>\r<br>This is what the workout aims to do. Only 5:30 minutes long and I want you to do this workout 2 -3 times weekly for best result.
