In a shocking turn of events, Congress leader and senior lawyer Kapil Sibal has withdrawn the petition filed by two Congress MPs against president Venkaiah Naidu’s decision to reject the impeachment motion against CJI Dipak Misra. Reports said that after being denied to hand over the administrative order that constituted the five-judge bench, the Congress decided to dismiss the petition.
