Wall Street shifted into neutral for May 8th ahead of President Donald Trump's decision to withdrawal from an international nuclear agreement with Iran.<br />Investors stumbled into Tuesday trading with the top three indexes down less than a percent each.<br />By midday President Trump confirmed what some investors speculated.<br />But the announcement hardly had an effect by the end of the day.<br />Each index fluctuated by a one-hundredth of a percent. <br />
