<p>Kimberley Zapata was amazed to see a large marsupial bouncing along the roadway as she drove along recently in Sweeny, Texas. It was a truly unexpected sight, to say the least.</p><p>Kimberley exclaimed, “It’s a kangaroo!”. However, a local media report</a> suggested that it was not a kangaroo but rather a wallaby. This suggestion was supported by the animal’s relatively small size – wallabies are not as large as kangaroos. Other wallaby sightings took place in the area, and Brazoria County sheriffs said</a> that two wallabies were missing from their owner.
