German automaker Audi stated the luxury brand plans to sell about a million electric and hybrid vehicles by 2025.<br />According to Audi, they will utilize Volkswagen's MEB modular platform and vehicle underpinnings to produce 20 battery-electric and hybrid vehicles within a few years.<br />Following a damaging diesel emissions scandal, VW and it's numerous brands have shifted gears to caught up with other automakers offering fully-electric vehicles. <br />
