More than 400 people say they've had problems filling EpiPen prescriptions.<br />They've either had to wait for weeks, or have been unable to obtain the pens at all.<br />Mylan distributes and is the rights holder of EpiPen.<br />They say they're aware of the problems, but don't want to call it a shortage just yet.<br />Mylan blames their manufacturer, Pfizer's Meridian Medical, for the slowdown.<br />The FDA thinks otherwise. They've added generic EpiPens to its drug shortage list. <br />
